PROGRAM Initiatives

LaJuana Johnson Bivens, President
Mu Zeta Omega Chapter
I am pleased to present the (YEAR ) International Program under the theme Exemplifying Excellence Through Sustainable Service. In fact, it is more than a theme, it is our call to Action. It is our call to Service. The time is now, the needs are great, and the opportunities are plentiful.
During the 110-year history of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, we have partnered with our local communities, regional, and national organizations to solve problems as well as provide programs of service at home and abroad. We enthusiastically present our Signature Program, #CAPSM — which is the abbreviation for College Admissions Process and focuses on motivating and assisting young people through the college entry process, along with five program targets and seven Community Impact Days.
